These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Bodrum car with driver services, private driver services, hourly or daily chauffeur hire, airport pickup services, hotel, villa, marina, port, local and intercity private transportation services provided by AIGEN Global L.L.C. under the BodrumCarWithDriver.com brand.

All reservations made through the website, communication channels, or direct contact are subject to these terms.

1) Scope of Services

BodrumCarWithDriver.com provides car with driver services, private driver services, hourly or daily chauffeur hire, and private transportation arrangements in Bodrum and surrounding areas.

Services may include:

  • Bodrum car with driver service

  • Private driver transportation

  • Hourly or daily chauffeur-driven vehicle hire

  • Airport pickup and drop-off services

  • Hotel, villa, marina, and port transportation

  • Local and intercity private transportation

  • One-way and return private transportation options

These services are not self-drive car rental services. Vehicles are provided only as part of a chauffeur-driven service.

2) Reservations and Confirmation

Reservations can be made via the website, email, phone, or messaging applications.

A reservation is considered valid only when:

It is confirmed by us.

Required prepayment or full payment is completed.

Vehicle, driver, and operational availability are confirmed.

We reserve the right to decline any reservation based on availability, operational planning, or other reasons.

3) Customer and Passenger Requirements

Customers and passengers must provide accurate and complete information, including:

  • Reservation date and time

  • Pickup and drop-off location

  • Service duration

  • Route or planned itinerary

  • Flight, hotel, villa, marina, port, or address details

  • Passenger count

  • Luggage details

  • Vehicle preference or special requests

Customers and passengers must be ready at the agreed pickup location and time.

Additional information may be required depending on the service type, route, passenger count, luggage amount, or vehicle category.

4) Service Use

Chauffeur-driven services must:

Be used in compliance with applicable laws.

Not be transferred to third parties without our approval.

Not be used for unlawful, unsafe, or improper purposes.

Follow the agreed route, pickup point, drop-off point, service duration, and service plan.

All additional costs caused by incorrect information, route changes, waiting time, parking, tolls, additional stops, or extra service duration may be the customer’s responsibility.

5) Service Duration, Route and Extra Use

Service duration is defined based on the reservation date, time, route, service type, and vehicle category stated in the reservation confirmation.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

The service applies only to the agreed route and service scope.

Additional stops, route changes, waiting time, extra hours, or service extensions may result in additional charges.

For hourly or daily chauffeur-driven services, unused time does not automatically create a right to a refund.

Service duration may vary due to traffic, road conditions, official restrictions, or delays caused by the customer.

6) Pickup and Drop-off

Pickup and drop-off services are carried out at the agreed location and time.

Pickup and drop-off points may include hotels, villas, marinas, ports, airports, restaurants, private addresses, or other suitable locations.

Late arrival by the customer or passenger may result in additional charges or may be treated as a no-show depending on the circumstances.

7) Pricing and Payment

Prices may vary depending on:

  • Vehicle type

  • Service duration

  • Route and distance

  • Service date and time

  • Season and availability

  • Pickup and drop-off location

  • Additional stops, waiting time, or special requests

Payment may be required before or at the time of reservation confirmation.

Accepted payment methods may include credit card, bank transfer, or other payment channels accepted by us.

Card payments may be processed through secure third-party payment providers.

8) Vehicle Category and Availability

Vehicles are planned according to the category stated during the reservation process.

In rare cases, due to technical issues, delays from a previous service, safety reasons, high-season demand, or operational necessity, an alternative vehicle in a similar segment may be provided.

Vehicle images are representative. Exact vehicle model, color, plate number, or equipment may vary depending on availability.

9) Insurance and Liability

Vehicles are provided with standard insurance coverage required for the service.

However, the following may result in additional liability for the customer:

  • Damage caused by the customer or passenger

  • Incorrect or incomplete information

  • Improper conduct

  • Use in violation of laws or these terms

  • Damage, excessive dirt, or safety risks created inside the vehicle

Detailed service conditions, vehicle details, and any applicable limitations are specified during the reservation process.

10) Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellations and modifications are governed by the separate Cancellation, Refund and Changes Policy.

11) Force Majeure

In cases such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions, official restrictions, traffic disruptions, road closures, civil unrest, or circumstances beyond control, services may be postponed, modified, or cancelled.

In such cases, reasonable alternative solutions will be provided where possible.

12) Limitation of Liability

BodrumCarWithDriver.com shall have limited liability for indirect damages arising from:

Delays caused by traffic, weather, or road conditions.

Disruptions caused by third parties.

Flight, port, hotel, or event schedule changes.

Official restrictions, safety measures, or road closures.

Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

13) Third-Party Services

Some services may be provided through operational partners, drivers, vehicle providers, meet-and-greet staff, or other third-party support providers.

Operational responsibility for such services may be evaluated according to the role of the respective provider.

14) Legal Compliance

Users are responsible for complying with the legal regulations of the country and region where the service is provided.

The service must not be used for illegal transportation, prohibited goods, improper conduct, safety risks, or any unlawful purpose.

15) Updates

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time.

The updated version becomes effective once published on the website.
